We have 15 round tables, each seating up to 8 guests with white chairs included. This setup comfortably accommodates your event needs while ensuring a stylish and cohesive look for your gathering. 

You are welcome to use your own vendors for catering, photography, décor, and other event services. We do not have a preferred vendor list and are not responsible for arranging vendors. This allows you the flexibility to customize your event exactly as you envision it! 

We ensure that you have ample time to set up and prepare before your event. Access times vary depending on the details of your booking. Please contact us to discuss your event schedule, and we’ll work with you to accommodate your setup and preparation needs. 

Yes, we require an event insurance plan for all bookings. This helps protect both you and the venue in case of any unexpected incidents. Please note that the insurance is non-refundable. If you have any questions about obtaining coverage, we’re happy to provide guidance. 

In the event of rain, your ceremony can be seamlessly moved inside the barn to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. We’ll work with you to adjust the setup and make sure everything runs beautifully, no matter the weather! 

Yes, you can provide your own alcohol; however, a licensed bartender with insurance is required to serve it. Proof of insurance must be provided to us prior to the event. This ensures a safe and compliant experience for you and your guests. Let us know if you have any questions! 

Our rental décor includes a wide variety of items to help bring your event vision to life. Available items include:

• Tableware & Linens: Wine glasses, various types and colors of charger plates, fabric napkins in multiple colors, table runners, and chair ties.
• Table Covers: Tablecloths in white, black, ivory, and maroon, as well as chair covers.
• Event Accessories: Card boxes (4 different styles), honeymoon box, a variety of candle holders, flower vases, picture frames, table signs, and bubbles.
• Ceremony & Decor Pieces: Flower girl baskets, ring bearer pillows, Sheppard hooks, totes full of assorted flowers, and candles.
• Backdrop & Arches: Cross arch, circle arch, three different wooden arches, and a greenery wall arch.
• Specialty Items: Popcorn machine for a fun treat at your event!
